My Story

Having worked for 17 years with a family run financial advice firm, I have felt and seen the impact and peace of mind that good estate planning gives to families and individuals alike. Too often I hear stories of the wrong person inheriting from an estate, or how a will goes wrong. Which is why people need trusted, expert estate planners to guide them through their options.

It is never as simple as taking an instruction to capture details for a Will. I take the necessary time to understand a family, their wishes and needs; to ensure that what I recommend is appropriate for them and will actually do what they want it to. Understanding their concerns, objectives and how a family interacts then enables the correct planning to be put in place.

In setting up AJ Peacocks, I will be advising families on the best planning available to them - be it a simple Will, or a bespoke trust structure to meet their wishes.

Peace of mind that your wishes will be met in any eventuality is key. So as well as Wills or Trust planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney must also be considered. Having trusted people named to step in should you become unable to is essential.
